Offline mode and installing the app
How to save ShareFiles for offline use, install it as an app on Android, iPhone or desktop, and what browser background limits mean for transfers.

Save it once, use it offline
Visit ShareFiles with internet ON. The home screen shows “Saving for offline…” and then “✓ Ready for offline”. Install it via ⋮ → Install app (Android Chrome) or Share → Add to Home Screen (iPhone).
Background limits
Phones may pause apps in the background. Keep ShareFiles open on screen while sending, receiving or relaying. A browser app cannot guarantee unlimited background networking.
