How messages travel
Phone A ↓ WebRTC Phone B (relay) ↓ WebRTC Phone C
Messages can be forwarded through participating peers. The relay only sees encrypted data.
Honest limits
- • Phones must share a Wi-Fi router or hotspot. Browsers cannot use Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct for this.
- • No 10 km links: range grows only with real relay phones in between.
- • Open MeshLink once while online so it is saved for offline use.
- • Keep the app open — mobile browsers pause background pages.
