Teamsworks features
Explore Teamsworks: private workspaces, employee roles, invitations, board/list tasks, deadlines, checklists, subtasks and in-app activity notifications.
Private workspaces
Create a company space and invite colleagues using secure, expiring, single-use links. Switch between your company spaces without mixing their tasks.
Tasks with accountability
Board and list views keep assignments, priorities, deadlines, checklists and status changes attached to the work. Activity records show who made each change.
Employee roles and workload
Manage workspace-specific owners, admins, managers, members and guests. Assign and reassign employees, see open assignments per person and record who completed a task and when.
Search and progress filters
Find tasks, people and channels. Filter tasks by employee, status, priority, department, project and overdue deadline. Six stages cover Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Blocked, In Review and Completed.
Activity and notifications
Follow task creation and status changes in the activity view. In-app notifications keep creators, assignees and watchers informed according to their preferences; mark notifications read from the inbox.
Profile and workspace data
Sign in with Google, save your display name, username, status and timezone, and use initials instead of photographs. Export your profile, workspace list and selected workspace as JSON. Owners can delete their workspace; Teamsworks-only account deletion does not delete your Google account or other ToolsEdits tools.
Chat and voice notes
Message any workspace member one-to-one or in groups in real time. Reply, react with free emoji, edit or delete your own messages, see typing, unread counts and read receipts, and record WhatsApp-style voice notes with pause, preview, playback speed and seeking. Messages are access-controlled to conversation members and are not end-to-end encrypted. Teamsworks has no audio or video calls.
